Technical Twinair cold starting issue. Please help

I have 3 85 output variants,

A LOW Idle in cold temps is Definitely something I have found

Bought with no service history but appeared well cared for, oil good colour etc. I myself have continued to give services etc. Done 80,000 miles.

This a.m was an improvement as started on 5 cranks, not ideal, temperature was 7degrees
