I have new plugs to fit, supplied from Shop4parts.

Can anyone tell me if they come preg gapped, and if not what the correct gap is?

Many thanks to the collective!?

I've bought new plugs on several occasions from S4p (one of my favoured suppliers) for both my Panda and my boy's Punto (standard "copper core" type) and they've always come correctly pregapped - I think they all come pregapped these days? As Chris says above, stay well away from the Iridium type plugs with the super thin centre electrode. They are not designed to be adjusted and, as said, can be very easily damaged. Some time ago I bought a magnetic spark plug socket specifically to make removal and replacement of spark plugs an easier task on modern engines and I really like it because the plugs can now be placed very carefully into their threaded holes with no risk of dropping them and damaging the electrode.
