Before you fill up try and use as much as you can of the mixed fuel from the cars tank then it will be a smaller % when you fill it up
Just watch out so you don't use all of it and have the fuel pump run dry. Because fuel cools down the fuel pump and running it dry can cause damage.

Diesel has added silicone which may cause o2 sensor failure so if you get o2 sensor codes in the future keep that in mind.
 
Yep those plugs look nasty

As well as wet, they are starting to foul with carbon

Been running far to rich

Put a scanner on it and read the long term and short term fuel trims, see if either is pegged at maximum

I don't think we are at a conclusion just yet

It just looks like the diesel detergents have dislodged the standard carbon deposits. When you are comfortable doing a journey Get good E5 fuel and run it along a motorway type journey in maybe 3rd gear at over 5k revs, then recheck the plugs. Maybe even put some cataclean type cleaner as there will be debris in the CAT
