Yes and the problem is between the red and black wire and the white
The red and black wire ties in to the green wire on the cam sensor and is (presumably) the +ve for the MAP sensor.

The white wire on the cam sensor ties in to the black and white wire on the MAP sensor and (i would assume) is the negative for both?

This is correct we have 5V at each sensor

Correct
It correct at the cam but wrong at the map

That's what it's reading.

The only other cable reading 5V is the pink and black cable that connects direct to the ECU.
But here you say the red and black is 5V

White and black from MAP goes to the ECU
So i need to rewire then?

Because what I have is

Pink/black (5v) and brown (0v) go to ECU
Red/black goes to green cam wire (positive, both 5v)
White/black goes to white cam wire (ground, both 0v)

So basically

Brown wire and black/pink wire go straight to the ECU
Red/black wire joints in with the green wire from the cam sensor and then to the ECU
White/black joints in with white cam wire then goes to ECU

Flyby wire 4x4 appeared to match

Almost - the green and white on the cam would still be the other way around in terms of what's jointed into it.

Edit: no wait ignore me, i didn't see the dotted line indicating the white wire properly.

I'm gonna pop out on my lunch break and backprobe the cam/crank sensors to see if they pick up on engine rotation
