General 10.5 litres/100 km fuel consumption ok ?

In the beginning you said the "engine sounds louder" and "throttle response is not good". This implies it was better before you did something to the engine. And you had yellow spark plugs which I think means lean running. Perhaps there's no issue with your timing and fault is something else.

Can it be a bad Map sensor ? Or bad O2 sensor ?

Engine sounds louder because driver has his foot on the floor to make progress.

Coolant temperature might be low (thermostat fault)
Missfire on two cylinders (coil fault)
MAP sensor
Previously overheated engine which melted the plastic inlet manifold causing air leaks.

Which is correct timing mark ?

Which is correct timing mark ?
Hello welcome back.

Take the rubber plug out of top of flywheel housing and line up the mark on the flywheel with the 0 mark on hole rubber plug was removed from.
That way you will be 100% sure.

Ok next time you are checking belt crank and cam set up correctly, find top dead centre of cylinder 1 . Then check alignment mark of cam sprocket is aligned with mark on engine.
Plus
remove camshaft cover and post pictures of the camshaft lobes of number1 cylinder and number4 cylinder . With the camshaft marks ligned up.

You can set piston of cylinder 1 at TOP DEAD CENTRE using wooden rod through spark plug hole or flywheel zero mark.
Post pictures of cam shaft lobes number 1 cylinder and number 4 cylinder.

It is possible that someone has bolted the cam sprocket to the cam shaft in the wrong place breaking the key between the sprocket and camshaft.

Though that is unlikely because there is no reason to loosen cam sprocket bolt on your engine.

Which is correct ?

This is how to find correct mark for your engine!
No one knows
until you check where line on crank sprocket is when you set your engine at tdc yourself.

Or you can use a wooden stick in cylinder 1 to find place where piston is highest, this is not as accurate as looking in hole on top of flywheel housing .

from memory one and two are correct and three is wrong.

but will double check can't real see the mark on three

Cam shaft looks right but hard to tell with camera angle.

Are you able to remove cam shaft cover and post pics of cam shaft over number 1 cylinder and number 4 cylinder?

There is slight difference here

Can you put something straight across the line and centre of bolt holding cam sprocket to cam shaft and take another pic?

Plus check flywheel still on 0 mark?

I think it is correct and as close as you will get.

Just need to check the key between cam sprocket and can shaft not broken or damaged.
