Geez that's not good, but like Stu said if you get no where, then go to VOSA and report the garage to them, that's what we did when a garage in Troon tried to Fail the Doblo on the front brake pads, saying that the were lesss then 2.5mm, but the garage in question NEVER removed the front wheels as the locking wheel nut key was still in the glove box.
I was told this by my Step- dad after I got home from work that day, and the Garage wouldn't give us the old MOT Certificates back, and then the Garage owner tried to assult us, so went to the Police and they said that unless Mr * had phyiscally assulted us then we were best going to VOSA as they have an office in Kilmarnock.
1 Week later VOSA arranged to have The Doblo MOT'd at a Garage in Kimarnock and requested that Mr * attended this MOT.
I followed my Step -dad down there and waited with him, 20mins later the VOSA MOT Tester came into the wating room and said that the car had passed with NO Advisory's, not bad for a 4yr old Doblo (5yrs old now).
We don't know what was said to Mr * by the VOSA Tester as we left, but almost every time either I or my Step- dad has goe down to troon and gone past his garage to get to another garage he has either been standing at the workshop doors swearing at us or has tried to reverse a customers car into the side of either the Doblo or my Panda when I had it. He has also tried to follow me when I've been in Troon, and it has been reported to the Police, we now believe he may be in difficulty or been struck off as there is never anyone about at the Garage in Troon now.
