Right so in this picture do you go out the car park on the red line i have drawn? If so why dont you do what i have done with the yellow line? Will be much easier.

my line: explanation2.jpg

done that exact same line so many times and been fine. dunno why yesterday was any different. but i clipped it so my bill.

How did you manage that

the pic is a little inaccurate it is tighter than that. i caught it on the gate pillar on the way out.

Im not ripping him im just trying to work out how he did it. I had a bump when i first passed over 2 years ago and then had one a few weeks ago in the snow.

if i thought you were trying to have a go id have been the first to point this out.

not so soon after posting about doing 98mph ;)

yes i shouldnt have done it and i wont be doing it again. however (i accept this is no excuse) on an empty 70mph dual carriageway where you have driven pretty much every day since you started lessons and know where both all of the lay bys are (2 of easily seen) and where the police will come from. the temptation was a little too high.

i had a few bumps when i was younger but i did it in an old bus that was lucky to crawl out of 1st
if i had a 'new' car i would hope i would have taken more care

theres a simple agreement we have though which is that who ever bumps it pays for the repair. if that person is me and at the time i happen to not be able to afford it i get leant the money.

probably looking at 250 to get it fixed i would guess (had a better lok on my way to college)

Exactly the same as last time only on the opposite side? Looks to me like you could lack peripheral vision. Maybe a trip to the optician is in order.

No not really. If i was going to have a dig at him face it i could and would put much worse than that.

to be fair i have to agree with matt for once. i didnt see it as a dig.
