Hello, I've been looking for a replacement front bumper for my Panda 100hp.

Only available options seem to be a second hand one (hard to find), or what I want to do is take it as an opportunity to customise.

Im looking for recommendations on a new body kit, honestly not too fussed on how it looks, more want something reasonably cheap and good quality, even if design wise is weird.

Just need a front bumper, but I'll get a rear and maybe side skirts if needed to match.

Also advise on sourcing a proper Panda 100hp badge? Only ones i can find are gel stickers
This forum has been a great help for me to decide to upgrade my shocks to bilstien B6s! Trying to do the bumper and shocks in the same go

Get a standard front bumper. Plastic weld bumper material to cover the rubbing strips recess. Skim with filler to get the final profile. Prime and 2K paint. Filling the slot with filler WILL CRACK - and it will use tons of the stuff.
Bolt the air dam/splitter to the bottom edge with some suitable (black finish stainless?) screws. Tidy any gaps with black PU mastic.

So I still have the bumper, as in all of the various pieces of it, if I'm going to do some DIY I was gonna do a mad max / drift style thing and drill holes along each cracked line, plastic weld on metal eyelets, and do a cross cross weave with zip ties. Paint is black, so if all the fixings I use are black then it won't look too gaudy.....? Maybe....?

The 100HP bumper plastic is incredibly brittle. It's unlikely a Mad Max "fix" would hold together and police are pretty hot on sharp cornered "fixes"

I still have the modified bumper I had on my 100HP. I'll try to get a picture.

Cheap and customise don't often go together

The wide body kit for standard 1.2 to convert to a A5 race cars is still available in fiberglass

This seems like the best option! Price isn't too outrageous, fun opportunity to do something cool with the fog lights!
