No, circumstances will become much tighter at home as im due to sell the house etc soon. Im looking to get something a tad newer like a punto or something similar (poss non fiat).

I just been looking - depending on how much you want to spend on grande they are doing pay nothing till 2009 also with the bravo 0% no deposit over three years. If I didnt have a mortgage to pay for then i would go for a new bravo tomorrow!!!

Theory is ok but i want to tie myself back into a mortgage ASAP so its not really an option to have a finance on my head :( Big Black Stilo has suggested that maybe i look at Stilo aswell as Punto. Its going to be horrible being back in a standard car :(

going from a coupe back to a bravo wasnt as bad as i thought it was going to be dropping 160bhp. The first bravo was modded and the coupe was modded my bravo is standard, i just cant afford to do anything to it and my hearts not in it tbh.

There are a few mkII puntos about that are as cheap as anything

I may have deleted my reasons above when i was editing lol, im wanting to get rid of it because im about to start a new chapter in my life and if i dont get a newer car now i will be screwed once ive got a mortgage on my own :( Plus i would like to get s slightly bigger car to fit more ICE in :)

do lots of shopping around get insurance quotes. There isnt anything wrong with getting a standard car with potential and then modding it gently to what you want :)

I have been looking around. I could get a brand new audi TT insured for £35000 and the insurance would be £600 :p

Not that i can afford anywhere near that (n)

get this,

my stilo 1.2- £600 a year for me

Saxo 1.1- £400 a year for both me and the mrs

when i was trading in found these quotes off my insurer

07 stilo mjet 150bhp sporting - £690 a year

07 ford focus turbo diesel- £700 a year

Years ago i tried to get insured on a rover 620 200bhp model- its was £4500 3rd party

i've just had a quick look on autotrader and the most expensive mk1 sei's up at £1100 (although they were atarting from about £800) I'd offer yours at about £1500-£1700 but be willing to take £1200 or £999 for a quick sale.
