I have an excuse tho.. STILL waiting on my exhaust manifold. With eurostyling going belly up, it had to be ordered direct from the factory.. which is taking ages, and then it needs coating. argh.
 
Fantastic read. Especially since Oldschool showed up in a transporter the other night and deposited a stripped out Cinq rolling shell in my garage.

yeah i have some ~110mm ally ducting, but there is no bumper on it atm. Just before the bumper goes back on, i'll fit the tubing and tie it to the mesh.

saying that, the inlet manifold isnt actually bolted on there.. bolts aren't here yet.
 
when turning it over the day, noticed the crank sensor wasn't registering.. got a new one fitted today, and checked - all a ok. thats all the electrics working
 
lol that sig is really old. car was on SPI and stock ECU in them shots :eek:

still left to do...

bolt on inlet manifold (when bolts turn up)
fit exhaust manifold (when manifold turns up)
fit radiator and cooling system (cannot be done till above are complete)

er.. that's it.
 
From what i got told at work the company who was bringing supersprint in have gone bust, i know you said there getting it direct though
 
its semi neat. i've just fitted the inlet etc and got the thottle cable an all on. in theory, if i turn the key now, it'll fire up (albeit VERY loud and fire coming out of the head). fuel system is holding pressure at 3bar and all sensors check out. :D
