Mobile Skin v2

Updated to the latest version of the mobile skin - it's a bit more flashy, but still not too over the top I think.

A bit easier to read when browsing the thread listings as well.

One big difference is images are turned on for it - I might change that.

It's also a bit jerky on my BB, but that could be because I'm running out of memory...

I like it but your right it is jerky but only when i load a page with images

Maybe a "load pictures" option could be given so we could choose what to download. Default to no pictures to save time and download costs.

I think I'll change the behaviour back to like before, images get replaced with "Image" link.
