How many Fiats have you owned?

less than 1000 miles - as it's been in for repair 6 times..!!,

unfit for purpose in my book !(n)

I would expect the supplying dealer / FIAT to look seriously on how this customer has been treated,
I'm a long established FIAT fan .. BUT if this had happened to me I too would be really annoyed,
Charlie

The supplying dealer has now terminated with fiat but have been so helpful in any way possible and answered all my questions so I'm getting my next car off them, it's just the fiat dealers that are supposed to do warranty work that are treating me like dirt, my experience with Kesmo1970 has been resolved and I would visit again but the distance throws me all the other dealers don't like to do warranty work so tell me to go elsewhere

Not just the dealers FIAT UK as well might have to learn Italian and go to FIAT main office. As previously posted I'm refusing to drive it it's that bad.

Fair play to you enough is enough sometimes. I think I remember watching a programme once about car dealers in America and the report said something on the lines that if a customer brings his/her car in more than three times in a set period of time they had to replace the car. Something like that should be brought out here that way you would have peace of mind that your car will get sorted without any salesmen trying to bluff you

A 1983 Fiat 127 1050
A 1987 Panda 1000S
A 2007 Panda 1.2 Dynamique (now my daughters)
A 2013 Panda 1.2 Easy

Love Fiats but not always been keen on the Dealers.

California has a "lemon law", whereby if you buy something they cannot fix, you get your FULL money back (y)

I have contacted fiat uk yet again and they are looking into supplying me with a new car, I have asked for an evo TA rather than a gp evo TA I have now. By the looks of other threads I will be waiting some time because they have seised production of the TA engine until it meets euro 6 spec. The only downside is mine is one of the first TA puntos. Stood for some time until registered and sold to me. But until I get my new car (fingers crossed) yet agin it's going to the garage for breakdown number 5,6 or 7 and seat covers showing the foam and seat frame. I was told the breakdowns were because of lac of use so have ran the car more and more and done 200mi in 2 days at one point and has yet again broke down. Nice little car but just needs the engine rethought about.

I've only owned one FIAT, a 2010 Panda 1.1 Active Eco that I bought brand new.

I originally learnt to drive in my dads FIAT Punto 55SX and before that he had Ladas so I guess FIATs DNA is in me.

I am not sure if I would buy another FIAT simply because I like to buy brand new and keep the car for years and the dealers are rubbish con artists in my opinion. The car itself is great though apart from a couple of minor electrical problems.

I've had quite a few Fiat products over the years, I started my working life at a Fiat/Lancia/Ferrari dealer and my first (operable) car was a Fiat.

But, being in the US, I haven't been able to buy a new Fiat since the mid eighties... I'm happy they are back and now have a '13 500 Turbo & a '14 500L.

IIRC, the Fiats I've had are as follows;
three 128s
one 138
two 131s
three 124s (1 coupe, 2 spyders)
four Lancia Beta Coupes & one Scorpion
one Ferrari 308 GTB (I consider Ferrari an "upscale" Fiat) :D

...and, if you want to include brands that Fiat NOW owns (excluding Chrysler products), I did replace the 308 with a Maserati Merak.

me and my friend have 10 fiats at this moment. Might add 2 to the colection. We eyeballing a marea 20v and a coupe turbo 16v.

Have to check how many i had in the past but helped quite a lot of bravo and bravas back on the road.
