I would expect the supplying dealer / FIAT to look seriously on how this customer has been treated,
I'm a long established FIAT fan .. BUT if this had happened to me I too would be really annoyed,

Not just the dealers FIAT UK as well might have to learn Italian and go to FIAT main office. As previously posted I'm refusing to drive it it's that bad.
Fair play to you enough is enough sometimes. I think I remember watching a programme once about car dealers in America and the report said something on the lines that if a customer brings his/her car in more than three times in a set period of time they had to replace the car. Something like that should be brought out here that way you would have peace of mind that your car will get sorted without any salesmen trying to bluff you
California has a "lemon law", whereby if you buy something they cannot fix, you get your FULL money back
