lol, at least you must have had fun first tho.

There's no way I'm sticking to any of my aims today. I'm stopping off to buy ice cream on my way home tonight and rhere will be a very generous measure of whisky in a mug of honey and lemon later on. I'll see if alcohol can kill off whatever bug I've picked up

Can't argue with any ice cream. Except maybe squid flavour. Gonna try that if I make it to Japan for Holiday next year :p

Today's been a bit meh for me. Our receptionist is back after illness. Brought in pancakes for our piece. Meh. Usual new / healthyish lunch then a wee cycle after work again. Back along the railyway, over the King George Bridge up the cycle path there and a full circle basically via Wellington Road etc then back home. Fairly getting into this cycling thing :)

Just back from a few loops...ok 15... of the esplenade/beach. I can recommend it Martyn ;) cept I'm obviously a bit closer than you.

Tea tonight, tuna pasta (again) then gyming it up.

however, being a tuesday and we all have wednesday off, its fifa night...so beer and late night pizza...yay or nae? :p

I'm still having to take things easy. I feel much better but my voice is wrecked - a sure sign I'm not quite 100% yet. I did go out for a walk when I got home but kept it to less than a couple of miles and took my time. I'll probably stick to this until the end of the week now.

Food wise I'm trying to be a bit more sensible again. Only a bit mind as there was curry for lunch in the canteen and I just couldn't refuse ;) Soup tonight though so a wee bit of redemption

keep it up folks, yous are doing really well :)

Not doing so well now. Mock Chop supper for tea. Oops.

Back on the bike before work tomorrow I think.

This week has been a complete write off :( It's to be expected considering I still haven't managed to shake this cold but the timing is really bad. For some reason I thought it would be a good idea to get the work Fat Club back together and the first weigh in is tomorrow morning. I may try and get in early and nobble the scales ;p

I'll take your word for it

Spicey Meatbal roll, cola and caramel shortcake for lunch. Not the best, but certainly have eaten worst.

Suprisingly, I'm taking to cereal in the morning without issue. That and the cycling and I'm feeling a load better already. Can't go out tonight as picking up my little brother and newphew from Macduff, but planning going out tomorrow once I change my rear tyre and a good run planned for Sunday too!

Gym from next weekend...which should be erm interesting!

I'm forgetting about this for the weekend  even though I got weighed this morning and it's not good :(

I need to get out into the garden tomorrow if the weather holds. The strawberry jungle has to be tamed before it completely takes over the entire back garden. That's going to be a hell of a job and should go some way to make up for whatever sins I commit this weekend. Plus I need to re-dig the front garden where the transit van got stuck in the snow...

I may pray for rain tomorrow ;)

Not a bad weekend tbh...most meals were decent, not so much in the way of snacks/fizzy drinks either.

Had a real long cycle yesterday. Followed this new route Ive been trying, then added in Torry. My old stomping grond.

After some mechanical issues the bikes now back to near full health so went out for a wee run tonight. That became interesting after I did some shopping in asda and the padlock wouldnt co-operate with either of my keys. Cue a return into the store for a hacksaw and subsequent funny looks as I removed my bike from it's stand.

I really can't stress how much I'm enjyoing cycling again - even if it hurts like hell the first few miles. Roll on the gym this weekend!
