Suppose I had better give an update of what I've been up to. Weigh in on Thursday was not good as I've put on 0.25 kilo. It just added to what was already a crap day and I wasn't impressed. There was a suggestion that I may now be building muscle with the distances I'm running but I suspect it was probably more to do with the little lapses I've had recently. I've resolved to stick with my original plan of no alcohol, crisps or chocolate Sunday to Thursday (well, tomorrow there may be booze but not too much) and keep adding distance to my runs. I've signed up for the Baker Hughes and have to start taking things seriously.
