It's been a bad week for me not helped by trips away and too much good food. I'm back on track now though.
Jodie, probably the best healthy eating plan is as Martyn suggests. Cut out the crisps and sweets, don't eat processed food and increase your exercise. Try thinking of your body as a machine and food as your fuel. You wouldn't put fuel with lots of dodgy additives in your GP or use the wrong oil so don't do the same with yourself. Of course it's easier to say than to do. I work in nutrition research and should know better but I struggle to keep my weight under control. It's not helped by the works canteen serving chips with everything :lol:
