Pisses me right off that. I've brought up my daughter to sit at the table properly and have manners. Shame other people rarely do the same

My fave is taking our little lass for a meal, the amount of times I see a couple with child get a full roast or something then sit the child down open a bag of quavers in front of them for dinner!
Makes me smile every time, :D
Our little girl eats what we eat, I just think other parents are selfish or lazy :(

They aren't used to eating proper food themselves, and the children have not been exposed to it and so are allowed to be fussy.

I'm lucky, I don't have children so, like my friends, I avoid restaurants where children are likely to be, certainly in this country.

Not long ago I made the terrible mistake of stopping at a motorway service centre. Awful! Next time we will take our own food and drink and sit on the grass outside, and just dip in to use the facilities.

No matter how much torque or HP you have if you can't get it down its worthless,
Slight rain after very sunny spell+worn Avon's is a bad combination, normally we leave them like they stood still, hell I've shown up civic type r's, but that was embarrassing :(

old woman is asda carpark and i mean old over 80 she looked, but was in charge of 3 very small children who all nearly got ran over, because she was just standing in the middle of car park totally disregarding the childrens safty people beeped her but she tust turned around and looked the other way,
i shouted Oi wake up out of my window, she waited for me by the door and had a go at me for shouting at her, i said i was concerned that not only did she seem un aware she was standing in the way of cars but she was putting the kids at risk too and it was not showing them how to be safe, she says she was trying to see if the parking spaces were for disabled or children. she was very well spoken but had no brain shouldnt be out on her own let alone driving and in charge of 3 toddlers.

No, they're perfectly horrible and certainly best avoided. Certainly English ones.
Always try and use CFZs ..... That's child free zones to the uninitiated.

cost of keeping unused cooling towers is quite expensive, whos gonna pay for it?
get rid redevelop the land place a plaque up job done

the 6 towers at Didcot went up Circa 1974 ( without planning permission..!!);)

there HAS been a campaign to save them..

3 of the 6 still stand - as they are plumbed in to Didcot "B" - the cleaner
Gas-fired one..

they've been there all my living memory - certainly a "landmark",
I know I'm @ an hour from home when they come in to view..,

BUT as you have seen ,
I have to climb on the roof to see them from home..!! :D

New car proving yet again how it's more unreliable than my 17 year old Mk1 Fiat Punto!

Possible corrosion under the paint and now possibly even gearbox problems:bang:
