tool chests

well my number of tool boxes is getting too many and im getting a socket set for my birthday so looking for a cheap tool chest. anyone got any suggestions? looked on ebay but theres not huge numbers of cheap second hand ones. buggets not too good so cheaper the better!

I've got two stanley boxes. They're pretty decent as they are a good size for carrying around. Big enough to get a decent number of tools in, but small enough that its carryable..

budget - want one for under £100

would rather a metal one rather than plastic

as for amount of tools ive got a chisel set, soldering set, drill box, a large tool box full of random tools and a few random lying around and just bought a 145 piece socket set so want to combine them all into 1

look at Draper... use them a lot at work, they're not great but they're not s**t, this kinda looks to be about what you want... (though over budget)

yer ive seen the draper stuff but very expensive! i saw some second hand blackspur ones on ebay they looked okish but i know how crap blackspur are!

you dont need a top make for home use, snap-on ones are made to open and shut all day long, you not going to do that at home keep eye out in hellfrauds they some times have ex display ones of their pro range scratched or dented going cheap.
the heavy duty and contractor ones on www.machinemart.co.uk will do for home use aswell
