These pictures you are referring to. They are highly powered SUPERCHARGED American muscle DRAG RACING V8 engined powerful bastards producing up to or even well over 700bhp.
IF you have a MASSIVE AIR INTAKE then the engine can SUCK in the ridiculous quantities of air in order to get the raw brute force out of that American V8.

i know that

If you open the bonnet on your GP active, you will notice it has an airbox, to suck air in.
THERE ARE NO SUPERCHARGED GRANDE PUNTO's - Even if there were, they wouldnt have some stupid piece of **** airscoop sticking out of the bonnet because its not a Drag Racer!

lol:yuck:

Because using google images proves nothing. it searches for words thats all. Just because someone has used it in a picture title it doesnt mean its right.

point taken.

There is a JCR racing one ;)

correct

when you say dense do you mean ignorant, oblivious or thick?

Don't be dense.
The nature of density is such that the dense are rarely aware of their density, and so it is probably more helpful, albeit more frustrating, to explain the specific problem to a dense user rather than simply citing this policy and assuming they'll figure it out. Unfortunately there is an imperfect but strongly positive correlation between certitude and density. Thus even when density is pointed out to the dense, their natural assumption is that they are right and you just don't get it.

Remember: "Assume good faith" is a nicer restatement of "Never assume malice when stupidity will suffice." Try not to be stupid either.

"Against stupidity, the gods themselves struggle in vain." (Schiller)

Not my writing. But if you read it and read it. Then it may just make sense.

I cant look, has he been banned yet?

BTW, blower Bentleys make me  my pants

People who remove safety features like rear windscreen wipers and door handles. Also those who De-Badge. I mean WTF's that about. Embarised that your driving a Corsa

Theyre not safety features! Driver aids more like - Not MOT requirements hence fundamentally superfluous excepting convenience - otherwise explain how a van is road legal?

I find fog lights irritating when wired with hard switches (not software logic controlled) - gives clots an excuse to leave them on unnoticed!

That's the word. Driver Aid's (y)

But why remove them  Pointless in my view. I could never have a car with no rear wiper!

The thing that I hate the most on cars is a gadget you buy that sounds like a dump valve when you change gear. You hear them coming from a mile away, look round and it's a 1984 Nova with some acne raddled youth at the wheel showing off for his chav girlfriend. That combined with a dustbin for an exhaust

I really hate the front number plate on the new EVO, fair enough having it to the side, but the front one is so far to the side, it basically curves round the front bumper and looks stupid. It's something like that that could put me off buying a cool car. I could live with it on an Alfa
:)

Mate your dense on a level that would make a neutrino at the center of a collapsed star say "Man he is dense."

:ROFLMAO:

Damn, I went to bed and missed all the action! And PMSL at the "blower" and "bonnet scoop" misunderstanding! :D

As to things I hate on cars - no.1 bug bear at the moment is moronic drivers using their front fog lights when it's not foggy. It's not big, it's not clever, you don't look good and you are obviously a fool for being incapable of understanding when conditions are foggy or not :nutter:

I bet you wouldnt notice the difference! Try driving a Cinq, the wiper control's in a poor location anyway so I was never bothered to use it as I found the wing mirrors more useful.

I do agree with the point about handles, as MOT and C+U regs mean you need to design in another method of entry...which isnt the most straightforward thing to do.

i agree with a most of these, the universal backboxes, bodykits, lexarse lights which every 17 year old find themselves buying (apart from me... lol)

disagree with wheels poking out of the arches though

i dont mean it looks bad. because it doesnt. in fact it usually looks good. i mean because it is a) illegal and b)dangerous for pedestrians and other motorists.

its like saying boudica spikes look good, but you wouldnt fit them to a road car would you.

Bet you I would. It's bad enough that I can't see out of the rear window when steamed up at the mo because the rear screen heater is temperaly defunct. And my car gets dirty so quickly that without one, I'd have no view out of the rear window, which I personally feel is a must personally.

So where is the switch located on a Cinq then

People who have 5 or more air freshners, the biggest crucifix known to man or other items hanging from the rear view mirror and blocking a big portion of their view of the road - very clever (n).

Also when people have a tomtom etc positioned in the very centre of the windscreen, FFS just put it in the lower RH corner and be done with it
