Lol... we'll see :D

What was the issue with the flexi? I'm only getting the system from the flexi back including removing the second cat if that helps...

Problem was with the flexi they didnt do as they where told and their original idea sheared off bolts at the manifold ..car had to go back for them to look at and from what he told me it seemed to have done the trick..you got one mofo of a system there.. was quite expensive to buy and if it had gone into production it was estimated to cost in the region of 12 hundred pounds..LUCKY BUNNY..(y)

dont quote me on this, but it gave a fair bit of power, when in conjunction with a remap and induction(y)

Cool... with a bit a of luck this'll be step 1 of my 3 step plan completed (y) It's good timing as well as my exhaust is a rusty looking piece of poo... :D

mine aint as good as that one:cry:

Sorry Mark! :(

i can make changes to mine, like the second cat, thinking of a different back box too, my centre pipe is pretty good, paid enough, neat welds, flowing bends, just the front and the back that are a bit out.:bang:

need new engine for my punto 1st though:bang::bang:

you will love it mate, got some pics of it somewhere

When you say the front, do you just mean the second cat or are you looking at your manifold and a sports cat? I wonder whether it's worth the hassle...

Pics would be great if you've got 'em (y)

I've just had Nick's old CCR exhaust fitted to my Abarth and it's f'ing awesome... (y) Sounds exactly like I wanted... time to find some tunnels, me thinks

Next stop... strutbrace, induction and remap... :slayer:

CCR ie.. custom chrome racing is a sister company to 1stop performance..good system though I must say ..how much you pay for it greggers..whats happened to the jigs..?

Can't believe you're giving up on the 5 pot, you crazy man, you. :D

cant afford it and a house, just cant do it, ill return to one, one day but for now, i cant justify it, if the punto was reliable, id still have it, but that needs a new engine, 4pot alfas sound good though;)

Unbelievably, I only paid Nick £100 for the system from the flexi back  Apparently the jigs were left with 1stop in Coventry... I'm not sure whether they've still got them though..

£100 .. fukc me gently..that system cost him £900.. and the jigs cost £850 he paid for them as well..looks like 1stop will be getting first dibs for future exhaust making..make sense for them I suppose..

Aye, it's highly possible that next car will be an Alfa, looking at a Brera
Although it's not what you would call a practical car!! Brera of choice is the 2.4 5 pot diesel which is potent enough, and the practicality can be forgiven as the car just looks brilliant :D

However, the Stilo continues to be a fine car (Hamish tempts fate :p ) and as we may be moving in the New Year I'm holding off on the Brera for now ;)
