Technical Fiat Stilo Schumacher Air con compressor

I have recently bought a Stilo Schumacher MY 2006. The air conditioning compressor has failed and my local Fiat dealer has been unable to source a replacement as apparently they are no longer available.
Does anyone know where I might be able to obtain one?

To be honest there are loads of companies who make aftermarket compressors and the cost of one from a dealer could be as much as a £1000 where as ebay for a good used part, or an aftermarket patten part could be less then £200 or £50 for a used one.

You can use Eper here on this forum to look up the part number, then plumb that into ebay.
