Technical Fiat Stilo Tyre pressure

Hi fellow Stilo friends, I have a Stilo 1.4 16V 95PS 2004 Hatchback 5-door, I wanted to ask what is the ideal tyre pressure for it. It wears 195/65 R15 91H tyres. From the tyre shop they told me to put 32psi but in the past I put about 29-30psi. Can someone help telling what is the ideal tyre pressure for front and back?
