I was grinning because he got injured because of it thats all I've had people do it to me in my car and thats bad enough...I can well imagine what would have happened, I don't wish he'd died tho mainly cos then the driver of the bus would have had to live with driving a vehicle that caused a death.

I'd insert the 'yeah that' smiley if I could find it.
Talking of living with it, I feel sorry for train drivers who seem to get more than their fair share of suicides, drunks etc jumping out in front of them.
I also feel sorry for ambulance, firemen & police who have to scrape up the idiots. Not the sort of job I could do - and I've done some nasty ones.
