Bit early for that isn't it? its not even growing (not taking up water so your feed will just leach away) If using moss kill it needs raking once done,, Too cold for that we are still getting frost (lead to a scorched and frost damaged lawn)

it will be summer down here next week
We had summer in Bucks yesterday (between 11am & 4 pm), they are considering a hosepipe ban if it lasts more than 12 hours.
