You gotta be a bit more specific - Hotmail doesn't crash as that's a website. But does it cause your IE to hang? Are you using IE/Firefox/Opera?

i use internet explorer i log in press inbox it goes there then the page just dont work anymore i have to get task manager up to shut it down

Download Adaware or Spybot S&D and clean your system, then download the latest IE if you haven't already and hopefully it should work. Or stop using a crap browser and get either Firefox or Opera and not have to worry about any of that
i have issues with both chrome and IE its always daft things like if i search for something i have to refresh on the search page, then click search again, before it picks up the latest posts its not FF, it does it on a lot of forums and sites.

There is no grace period. As long as you have ordered it before the end of the month you are legal to drive.
