Technical Problem whit engie work

Hi. I have a 2010 panda 1.2 petrol (dynamic+)
My problem is when i shift gear the rpm is getting down dramatically and iths feel like you push on the brakes and the car shaking (about 1-2 seconds).and also in general, when i leave the gas pedal the engie slow down and feel like i push on the brake iths like strong engie braking.
The plugs are replace and air filter and clutch.
What can i do ?

Sounds like the throttle body is closing fully and stalling the engine then reopening

take the airbox off and check the throttle body for oil on the top of the butterfly. Take a photo. I think yours doesn't have an idle control valve. However not being a UK car it may be different but its easy to tell from a photo

check the MAP sensor isnt covered in oil

some pictures of the old spark plugs might help.

Running cold can also have this symptom. We need pictures.

Check the engine gets hot quickly. If the top radiator hose is just warm its likely the thermostat needs to be replaced.

A failing coil can also do this as engine will run rich causing spark missfire and even worse running.

Sounds like the throttle body is closing fully and stalling the engine then reopening

take the airbox off and check the throttle body for oil on the top of the butterfly. Take a photo. I think yours doesn't have an idle control valve. However not being a UK car it may be different but its easy to tell from a photo

Thx about the answer. I take the airbox out and there is oil on the thorttle. Especially on the rubber that cover the thorttle. I clean it .and in addition i see there is a oil on the new spark plugs. What is the problem in your opinion?.and youre right i dont have idle control in the thorttle.

The Engie warm is fine. I think about your idea about bad coils. But there is no engie light come on the dash.. in addition the fuel economy is bad .

also look at the bottom of the throttle body. Sometimes worse than the top

check there is no carbon build up on the lip in the throttle body. Even a small amount will stave the engine of air at small throttle plate angles

almost certainly you will need to push the mayo out of the small pipe that connect to the airbox and the part on the airbox it connects to.


one warning. Dont spay carb / brake cleaner into the throttle body like you see on many YouTube videos. Its possible to damage the attached sensors. Spray onto a rag then wipe off.

remove the MAP sensor. Left side of the Black plastic inlet manifold. From where the throttle body bolts on. Push a rag through and clean the sensor

Also try removing the throttle body and checking the inlet manifold is not swimming in mayonnaise from the breather. Both our 1.2 Pandas were affected and ran better for this being cleaned out. If you have the right torx bit this is a few minutes work.

Warning - Stuff some rags round the back of the engine in case you drop the torx bit. I have never seen mine since in spite of hours of looking with mirrors and even a camera. This was a 100 hex shaft40mm long too!

Heh - when I did my clutch earlier this year and loosened the starter a 10mm spanner dropped down on to me. And it wasn't even mine, I swear Bonus freebie. Maybe your torx bit is trapped between engine block and starter too?

Hi. I want to update...
I was replaced the oil breather - it was clogged (because the previous owners was not replace the oil a lot of time .
I remove the thorttle and in the intake there is a oil there. I clean what i can..
The car feel a little bit good.
There is something else that i noticed - the ignition coil is divided to 2 blocks.one looks new and the other looks old. Maybe the old is not working good? (There is no engie light).
When i put r or 1 gear level in the gear the car shaking and the rpm low to 400 and come up (cluth is new). What do you think the problem?

The MAP senor in the intake will be covered in oil also. Giving the wrong information to the ECU.

Each coil fires two plugs. If one is failing there will be a big loss of power, but it usually shows a warning code. One coil is connect to 1 and 4 the other to 2 and 3.
An infra red thermometer (ideally with laser spot) allows you to measure temperature at the exhaust outlets against the engine head. Any that are colder on startup suggest those cylinders are not firing properly.
