Hello, I new here but I found this forum because of a problem I have with my little car.
Its a Fiat Panda (automatic) from 2004 (yeah is old) with only 66000km on it. From the inside and outside the car looks new. It has been givin to me by my mother who bought it new. I'm very happy with the car which still drives very nice.
BUT.......

A week ago an error uccured and my local garage can't find the problem. I hope someone here can put me in the righ direction.
Ik get a random EDB-ABS Failure when I start the car. But now always. It can happen 1 or two day's in a row but sometimes there is no error. Driving is still the same with or whitout the error.
Is there someone who thinks he know where my garage should look?

Thanks in advance,

Essie.

The most common cause is the brake switch

It's worth trying pulling out the plunger first

If you slip off the pedal they can loose adjustment

The LHD will be different but the principle are the same

It's a double pole, single throw, it can half work and still operate the brake lights but still throw an error
