The adhesive on the plastic door panels has worn off.
It is adhered with an adhesive such as double-sided tape.

Question 1
What is the best bonding solution? There are so many options

question 2
My car is usually kept in a closed garage.
A few times when I parked outside and started the car, I noticed that the sound was intermittent coming from the left driver speaker.
When I hit the plastic with my hand, it fixes itself. This has only happened to me twice during rainy times. I'm sure there is liquid contact. There is no connection error.

I didn't completely dismantle the fence, but is there a metal hole in the gate? Can water enter from here?

1: I think if the rubbing strip has been bent away from the door it will be very hard to get it to sit flat without taking it off completely.

Best done on a warm day, use a hairdryer to loosen the adhesive.

Once the plastic trim is off remove all old adhesive, see if you can bend it straight, then some new adhesive strips, 3M or similar.

Or remove the others if you prefer, plenty of Pandas don't have them.

2: Do you think water is getting into the door and affecting the speaker wires, is that correct? Are the 'duckbill' rubber drains below the windscreen clear?

There's no holes behind the rubbing strip as far as I know they are only stuck on
Correct.

They were a dealer fit option back in the day across the range (though some models had them from the factory as standard); as you say, just stuck on.

Personally I'd take them off (heat could be useful here), clean the paint underneath and then take a decision on whether to replace the old ones, buy some new ones, or just leave them off entirely.

Looking at those pictures, I don't think there would be any minimally invasive way to stick back what you've currently got.

'duckbill' rubber this one right?

Could it have originated from here?

For door plastic.
I have a heat gun. I will try to disassemble it carefully and put it back together.
