The old mans had kidney stones, not a nice sight. Most mainful xperience for me musta been when i was a nippa, chopped my finger off with a hammer. Or when i went over the bars on my bike, and used my chin as a brake It kinda hurt

the best thing to cure chilli burn, is milk
I know it sounds silly, but it's all to do with chemistry.
the chemicals that make chillis and curry's hot is neutralised by the fatty acids in the milk. if you get chilli in your eyes drown get lots of milk in them. water does b**lock all it just lowers the Physical temperature as opposed to the chemical temperature

My new "Most Painful Experiance ever" is having just sliced my thumb open with a very sharp fishing knife, whilst trying to cut a cable tie off... so painful... sooo much blood, I almost passed out twice, whilst trying to patch myself back together, dettol is also evil when applied to wounds! I'll be using scissors next time... I have just picked the skin off the knife to clean it!

just thought i would add mine to this i have a few, most painful for me is the post c-section recovery, i could hardly move and i was too stubbern to use morphene. i also used to have a thing about brushing my teeth in the shower, i have seen that people say that chilli in intimate places is bad, have any of you tried toothpaste!!! i dont brush my teeth in the shower anymore!
also a mate of mine was dared to put those thin mint strip things in his eyes. you know the ones which disapear in your mouth, well he tipped his head back layed the strips on his eyes and waited. the sight was a sight to see. Next morning he had two black eyes and a hurt ego.

My most painful experience happened a few months back. I had a camera placed where it shouldnt do. We are not talking around the back here. The aneasthetic stung like mad befor th camera was placed in there. Trying not to look at what was happening I concentrated on the tv screen on my left.
Whilst concentrating I felt a very sharp jab halfway down the inside of my manhood. Yes the camera got me. OWWWWWWWWWWWWW
Not finished yet. Now feeling VERY uncomfortable I continued to watch the camera go deeper and deeper down and eventually into my bladder. It was like a little space exploration watching the camera going all over the place, a very uncomfortable one.
They then decided I was not uncomfortable enough. They couldnt see everything they wanted to. With a push of a button, **** loads of water then came out of the camera and filled my bladder big time. You know that feeling when you are dying for a p? Hold onto that feeling for a good few hours standing naked next to a waterfall in icy weather drinking lager with a large tube down you and you may come close.
When done - I was friggin sore for 2 days.

hmm had cancer in my leg. but that didnt hurt.fun to watch also.
dislocated my right ankle playing football. some nob tackled me 2 footed. popped out and went straight back in so thats a bit sore.
then i dislocated my left ankle and fractured in 2 places the chipped the bone. most painful thing ever. not when it happened i walked off the pitch. got some young lady to take to show off. and my ankle was the size of my head. few mins later i calmed down and the pain settled in. not nice. almost crying pain constant for 40 miles to hospital as some nob rags my brava around. i put this down to being a fat bastard and being to heavy for my ankle. as no other person was envolved i just turn around.
taking smirnoff ice in ur eye for a laugh. is very painful makes ur eyes water for ages. and u look liek a batty boy in a night club crying and also trying to work mac.
also air bag going off in ur face burns like feck as well as setting light to ur hand trying to demo that black absinth can be set on fire causing 3rd degree burns to my hand.
