I own Ducato 2,3 88kW from year 2007 with F1AE0481D damaged engine. This exact engine prices are crazy here in Czech Republic these days, so I've been thinking about the option to buy whole older car with F1AE0481C engine, these were made 2002-2006 year, and swap engine and ECU. I can buy here those cars with working engine for good price. Is something like that even possible? Let's talk about the technical point of view, not officialities like having the engine wrote down in vehicle registration etc.
