I'm a bit yin yang on this at the moment. I'm getting lots of exercise thanks to walking in my lunch hour and when I get home at night but because I have so much work to do my diet's gone right out the window. Plus I've been enjoying a sneaky g&t and bag of crisps when I do finally put the work pc away for the night :(

Suppose it could be worse and could be red wine :)
 
I'm pretty sure I'llve put on this week, not suprising when I eat as I'm stressed at work.
So by stuffing my face I unwind for half hour (normal break at work)

But I'll be taking part in a Slimming World Event.
SLIM FOR GOOD EVENT, it's a 6 week Sponcered Event, with all the money raised going to charity.
The Charitys that have been selected so far are:
Alzeimer Scotland, Ayrshire Hospice, Macmillian Nurses & the RNLI (a charity I support & donate to)
 
I started the Insanity programme on sunday....holy ****... couldnt do it yesterday i was so sore, back on it tonight tho
 
Not such a good day. Haven't managed to get out for a walk thanks to the weather/playing catch up at work plus the vending machine has dark chocolate bountys in stock.

My weight is creeping back up, never bothered again with the Insanity challenge lol, WILL be doing it again tho, HAVE TO!!!!

Anyhoo, back up to 92kg which according to scales makes me 14st 7lb
 
The last 4 weeks i have been in nigeria, and my workmate is a gym nut, been going along with him to the gym and im feeling so much better, can do 10+ pullups, squat 200lb (10 reps), along with loads of other weights, the muscle definition in my arms in such a short time is impressive, my 6 pack is making a re emergance (albeit under an inch of fat) and im actually looking forward to the gym now. Unsure of my weight as they have the old style sliding bar scales here and im not sure how to use them.
 
Did you have the shits andi? haha

Just weighed myself, and Im down to 90kg, not bad considering I was on the lash every 2nd night, and at the gym every 2nd day :)
 
Take it everyone has given up on this then?

Just weighed myself again this morning... down to 86kg... and I havent seen a gym for about 5 weeks although the garden has been a workout on its own.
 
Not given up just not been recording it here. However since Cupar I've been losing between 0.5 and 1 kg a week simply by walking more and eating less. I reckon another 5 kg and I'm good to start running again without risking re-breaking my foot :)
