The last 4 weeks i have been in nigeria, and my workmate is a gym nut, been going along with him to the gym and im feeling so much better, can do 10+ pullups, squat 200lb (10 reps), along with loads of other weights, the muscle definition in my arms in such a short time is impressive, my 6 pack is making a re emergance (albeit under an inch of fat) and im actually looking forward to the gym now. Unsure of my weight as they have the old style sliding bar scales here and im not sure how to use them.
