It's more to get it started I think than to properly tighten stuff up, once the nuts are on the thread it should be much easier to get your proper ratchet spanner in there are tighten it up

I think its a good idea but the price is over the top i think lol. 19.50 per set for abit of metal

I have huuuuge hands & wouldn't consider using anything like that (it wouldn't fit me anyway) but I cannot see how you would get the bolt started in such a confined area as you would be unable to turn your hand enough to get it started.

exactly what came to mind, i was considering ordering a set and then though, hang on, these are going to break my finger before undoing a bolt
