Just got a new lock from shop4parts to replace my screwdrivered driver's lock.

I understand that it's pretty simple to fit, but i'm not sure where to start or what to expect. At first guess it's a case of unscrewing the panel on the inside, but what then?

dont know the sei but i would expect the lock ot be held in with a u shaped piece of metal with just one rod going into the rear of the lock.
fiddly but not hard

cheers for that.

I might hold off until my Meta remote locking relay arrives to get it all done at once. How does the central locking rod connect to the lock? Does it just attach to the white plastic?

if its a white plasic bit with a hole then it will most likely just be an s shape in the end of the bar
