With a check glow plugs warning, is it better to get them all replaced or find out which one(s) are faulty and only replace them? Had this warning pop up and was wondering if it was worth replacing them all or not.

If one of your chandelier bulbs burns out, will you replace them all? 
First, the cause of the glowing glow plug lamp is checked. There may not be any to replace, the relay may be broken, or the fuse may be making poor contact, or the cables to the glow plugs may need to be replaced. You need to do diagnostics.

Are you seeing any signs of one 'cold' cylinder..??
Because the Glow Plugs can last 100k.. rather than 20k with SparkPlugs..
There is a much greater risk of one becoming VERY difficult to remove
I would try and change all 4
But well worth checking they are seeing battery power as thats relatively Quick and Easy
