It all seems to be hit and miss.
As MEP says, no issues with the dual cam (although night quality on mine is ropey) - yet loads say their is poor.
I'm still using my old DOD camcorder/dashcam after many years' service.
My DR32 really is the pits - crap audio & now it randomly stops recording (whilst giving the appearance of recording!)
I think some of the manufacturers on dashcam forums are getting tired of me keep banging on about my ideal setup - two remote cams linked to a dvr which can be hidden.
THEY concentrate on chucking more and more tech into smaller units (or even more & more into medium sized units) whereas they need to look at improving quality and reliability & stop worrying about looks - I even told one I didn't care if he stuck the bits in a plastic sandwich box - but no, he's concerned about tooling for some super product - yeah, and I expect it'll have a super price tag to match.
I tell them - concentrate on getting the basic system right (good video (especially night) & audio, cycle record, on/off with ignition & ability to mount very discretely (so remote lens)) before you start chucking in the bells and whistles (GPS, G sensor etc)
