Amazon have the AS15 in stock again, just thought I'd let you chaps know now I've purchased one this time.
Mobius is doing good, clarity is great but definetly lacks a bit of colour. Looking forward to the AS15 image stabilisation. I have tried the millitary software stabilisation (also reduces the frame size) and it makes the clouds jump about.

Has anybody hardwired a USB plug in to power the dash cam? I'm trying to search for a usb port that has everything ready to hardwired

Yes. I've just bought a few bits and bobs, going to hardwire from the cigarette lighter
Going to add a second fuse aswell just for safety this is prob going to start going off topic about dash cams so Ill make a guide when I'm done

Going back to an old post here but is using a mobile phone for this purpose legal? It would seem to be as you aren't touching it but you are kind of using it and it could be seen as a distraction as the video is playing back as it records.
Would appreciate some clarification.

It's never been an issue but the legal president was set in "Crown vs Carr" an alleged comedian suggested to the court of appeal that the use of s mobile phone whilst operating a vehicle was not valid if the phone device was being used for another purpose. In this case it was suggested the mobile phone was being used as a dictaphone to record a joke the alleged comedian had just thought of.
My phone doesn't have an active sim card so it can not be used as a phone, stopped or not. ;-)

Sounds quality is poor
Im on my 2nd charger and battery as both failed
The video qualoty is okay but at night not so
For a first camera and its cheap why not
But i still run it just incase but goong to be getting a dual lens camera soon to enjoy a less intusive camera better quality and rear viewing

I searched ebay for "F70N dashcam" as that is this same cam but recording 60fps as opposed to 30fps.
Had a problem with the unit not properly recording the rear cam so it's just sat in front of me now.

Having had the Mobius in my 106 daily for a couple of weeks now, I can report that I am very pleased with it.
Quality of footage is excellent and camera small enough to be nice and discreet from outside.
Ordered 2 more from same E-bay supplier (China) and again arrived in 6 days.
So one will be going in wife's Fiat 500 and the other in my 200SX.
