Technical Boot leaking is it the seals?

A few weeks ago I had an inch of water in the spare wheel well in the boot. I cleaned wheel well out and dried it thinking it was from condensation. Just recently it’s wet again the boot seal had some water on it as pictured where it seems to be getting in but the seal is not cracked or perished. It’s all still soft, springy and supple so I’m guessing it’s running down the seal from the top, I’ve cleaned behind it. Any where else water could get in?

Do you have a sunroof

Does look like either the seal or the boot seam, the hatch seam does sometimes need silicone sealed up

There’s no sun roof. Where would I use the silicone to seal the hatch seam?
