look at the shoe OPPOSITE the "arm" connected to the handbrake cable, is there a serrated edged pivoting feature to it at some point..??,
similar ERA FIAT's have these also

He says it has ABS, That should have the adjuster as in the pic, Maybe the wrong shoes are fitted?
Pinto, is what comes up when you try to write punto on any Apple device
Or Android for that matter (certainly on my OnePlus 2 at least).

It was like it when I brought the car . I only replaced the parts that were there to get brakes working better.
