General a bleeding problem

anyone know the bleed sequence for a punto55,i have been trying to get my handbrake to work,and had a stuck cylinder which when freed popped put,
shoes slightly worn,drum not to bad, everything free,but still no handbrake?could the bleeding be the problem?although the hand brake is mechanical i think it would have to be bled properly first what do you think

the handbrake does not work with the bleeding of the brakes - you need to take the drums off and adjust the shoes from there and then adjust the cable
