After much research, and asking for help on this forum, i finally got my problems solved.

1. ABS - The wheel bearing was fitted wrongly by the DEALER!!...new bearing in, problem solved....

2. ESP, Hill Holder Failure - Repaired a damaged aircon pipe, refilled, problem solved..Dealer said i taught them something they didn't know!

3. Engine management light - Two faulty lambda sensors, upper ones, because i fitted a branch manifold, so their lifespan are way less..fitting them on Monday....

I can smile again.......:D

Esp and hillholder fixed by repairing the aircon? Have you been drinking? ;)

The lambdas lifespan won't be affected by the performance? manifold. I don't think you can fit a wheel bearing wrong to the point where the abs stops working (other than damaging the magnetic ring)?

Yes HGT Bill, ESP and Hill Holder lights went off the moment that the aircon was refilled and i started the car.

I found a thread on the FIATFORUM (a Fiat Croma)....the guy had similar problems (ESP/HILL HOLDER), his local dealer actually suggested his air con gas level was at 300mg and it needed to be at 500mg, they tried, it worked, lights also went off....i reckoned since my air con was empty, i would give it a shot, it worked for me.......so, i have been drinking some HAPPY Juice!!:D

I removed the lambdas awhile back, because the car would jerk, and the idle would be irregular sometimes, they were dirty...cleaned it with carburator cleaner, and it worked for awhile....now, i think they need replacement

My Mk2 HGT Aircon is empty (must get it regassed) but the ABS works fine. I guess the hill holder is a Mk2b feature.
