If so, can you remember what the paint code was?

Cheers

Graham

when we took the panda to a body shop they found the paint code for us give it a try just go in and ask :D

Does this help?

No, it's closer to Kawasaki racing green. I remember seeing really bright green Unos etc around in my youth and I'm looking for a paint code for a respray on a non-Fiat but I can't either find the paint code or find any list of codes with a little square of colour so you can choose.

I'm starting to think maybe over twenty years my memory's not what it was!

Thanks!

Graham

Like this one? We used to call it M&S shopping bag green, but have in the back of my mind code 318 - this is probably wrong but I may be sad enough to have remembered..............

I'd like another one, as this one was sadly bent like a banana in the middle by an errant Focus hitting it broadside (n) Anyone got one lurking??

Gavin.

That's it! I was starting to wonder if I was going mad. And your memory may be a lot better than you think. I put 318 into the paints4u colour choosing website and it came out with a 318/53 colour code that is "Verde" with no colour chip available. So that's what I'll order and hope(!) Or maybe if I get time I might google it and see if I get a colour but it's sounding very hopeful!

Thanks (y)

Graham

No problem - glad it helped. The 128 in the picture was a late "Verde" edition so it makes sense to just call it Verde....

You can get Halfords to mix up a tester pot from the Fiat colour codes if you need to check. Give them a ring before travelling & they will confirm if it's on the system & if they have all the colours to make it up. I did this for a Panda colour we weren't sure about and they didn't charge for the 2 test mixes (though I was buying an aerosol when we got the right colour). Very helpful & what I'd do in your situation.

Cheers, Gavin. (y)

Still struggling - 318 was a darker green than I was after. I even tried giving that 128 number plate to Fiat parts dept to look for a code but it wasn't on their database...
