back in the day i got 35 out of 35 on mine (cant remember the numbers come to thnk of it but i got 100%) and i was in the first group of people to have their theory test on a computer as apposed to paper

Congratulations. Now to be a party pooper. Having been a Driving Instructor for 20 years the only thing I would say at this point is don't forget what you've learnt when by the time you go for your practical as many have because they treat the two tests as completely separate entities. They aren't, they are simply two parts of the same test. If you want proof, ask any of your mates or relatives who passed more than two years ago some questions and see what the answers are. See how many can't tell you the difference between Ahead Only and One Way Traffic. See how many think a sign for a dead end means T-junction.
You could spend a day working with me at Manchester Airport and see how many people think they can go through a No Entry if they have a Disabled badge. Or those without who think they can do the same thing if they're picking somebody up from a flight. Look how many people drive too close on the Motorway.

near to where i work, disabled badge holders also think they dont have to give way to the right on a roundabout, or at said roundabouts use the left lane to turn right

Congrats, I failed my theory test first time round because I was too convervative with my 'hazard clicks'. Next time round I clicked two or three times per hazard . Practical test was a doddle though, I knew if I got worked up I would fail so somehow I managed to zen myself out

Well done. When you pass the IAM, stick with it to the letter for a while, then decide how much of it you want to keep using. Don't worry, they're not as a**l (generally speaking) as they used to be.

i did mine over a year ago in my second year now i had 35 questions which i got them all right and had the hazard perception test aswel which i got full marks. how much does the theory test and driving test cost now? i think i paid £either 38 or £48 for my driving test and my theory was £22

Thomas....here is a tip for you...... from an ex IAM member. They frown on such trivialities as dirty windscreens (both inside and out). If you rock-up with those dodgy numberplates you were so keen on the other week they will burst out in fits of laughter and its unlikely they will even let you on the carpark.
