Handbrake adjustment

Basics before you start
Chock front wheels and put in 1st gear
KEEP handbrake applied
Climb in rear of car
The Large rear part of the central trim is only held in with clips.. so comes out easily

Sit in central rear seat.. a foot in each footwell
Put a hand on one side of the Oddments tray at rear of the central trim
Pull and lift firmly ( you can put a flat hand either side of the tray)

Trim Removal 2
Once rear is unclipped
Lift quite high.. and front edge will uncouple from Gearchange area trim
Then you can thread the trim over the elevated handbrake

Cable Adjustment
THE Barrelnut..
Easiest moved with a
'Ratcheting Ringspanner' .. as access is a little restrictive
BUT..Before moving anything
1, look at the plate with the cable ends.. Ideally it should be Level
2, count the Clicks on the handbrake travel
