I would try fitting a new or known good battery and try again. Ensure you remove the old battery and do not just attempt to bridge/jump with the new battery.
Modern Fiat's seem to be *very* fussy and sensitive to poor power.
If the battery change does not resolve the problem then you need to check all main power connections and main engine earth straps for integrity, lack of corrosion and tightness.

according to their other post in 500 section, car now works - after a
Battery, Starter motor AND temp sensor..
sounds like spare part roulette to me
I had no idea I had 2 separate post sorry guys still getting used to how it all works the above post is right it had new starter motor and battery then the garage found a leak so it needed the thermostat replacing but thankfully my 500 seems fine now but prob won't be jump leading it again after what the RAC and every one said just happy to have my 500 home .
