Technical wiper blade fault

Hi all,

my wiper blades on my fiat punto 53 plate stop half way across my windscreen ..... they don't appear to finish the cycle when stopping but they go all the way down when in motion.

any suggestions could it be motor even though they work in motion??

Hi, and welcome to FF,

your car is a punto mk2 - but the issue is that the "park" sensor within the motor has failed,

I'm sure there will be threads covering this if you use the SEARCH feature ( Punto 2 / B section)
