I don't like the fact that there's no quicklaunch and no option for one.
When I right click on an icon on the desktop or in a directory the options come up from where I clicked. When I click on something in the taskbar the options don't spring from where I clicked but from above the taskbar. I mean wtf? That's not a minor tweak to the UI, that's changing how clicks work and clicks have behaved the same since Windows 3. I somehow doubt that'll make it through to release. When you add something to the taskbar as a quicklaunch icon it's almost indistinguishable from the running programs in the taskbar which is also retarded. Yes it looks clean but it's simplicity for the sake of looks rather than usability. I mean I like my iPod and the interface is simple, efficient and excellent but that's only because my iPod does a very limited number of things.
This should give you some idea about what I mean.

See my attachment which shows where the options come up when you right click anywhere on the highlighted program in the taskbar.
