Windows Event Log stuck at 'starting'

Hey guys,

I am getting an issue where my Windows Event Log is stuck at 'Starting', never goes onto 'Running.'
I think this is causing me issue on the XBox App, and some Xbox/PC games (Forza in particular).

Its Windows 10.

When I try to connect these apps, it tells me that i have no network connection..but i do.

Any ideas how to start the Event Log?

Also there should be a error code. Different error codes have different remedies. You could also contact with microsoft agents through "Get Help".

Error codes didn't help, Microsoft Agents just advised me to reinstall. So I did.
