Nope - they're here to pay for the 4 servers FF uses to run....
Mods have specific forums to look after.
Super Mods are also mods as well (as in they have their own specific forums) but also the power to moderate any other forums.
Sub Admin is basically a supermod but with a higher vote should the need arise.
And I just make sure it doesn't crash, add extra bits and deal with various libel threats we get

i dont know alot, never said i did. I dont know how much servers cost to run.
But i do know about buisness and that someone made this site as a buisness. whether they tell you that or not. you think the adverts on facebook are there puerly to cover the cost of the servers. come on..........

Actually I didn't .... FF ran with no ads for years until I couldn't afford to run it on my own anymore. When it was on shared hosting it was no problem, but moving onto a dedicated cost quite a bit more.i dont know alot, never said i did. I dont know how much servers cost to run.

When it then went onto 2 dedicateds and one backup, Google adverts were put on. Now we're up to 4 and looking to split to 5 - it looks like I might have to work a bit harder!
Shareholder can also mean someone who takes a great 'concern' in a system, but in this sense Ben legally owns the domain and no-body else. I am the sole shareholder in my car for example

What about when facebook wasn't making all that money? It wasn't a business then was it?
And chances are not all the money from facebook ads goes to the servers, but then whats the point of having a site that can make millions, if not billions and not let it?

Facebook has millions and millions of active users how many do we have?? I would imagine that advertising gets paid by the amount of users in some kind of min/max bracket. So facebook probably get a 100's of thousands times more per ad than FF.
Oh yeah and as you asked i am a Full time graphic designer by trade, so next time you fancy giving mods hassle just think that we dont do it for money we do it for you lot
