Surely thats something to be grateful for
I didn't get GTA5 for my birthday lol
It boils my blood too!
Another £80 chain snapped on my £1,800 bike.
Just as well I spent £350 on a Panda just in case eh?
Haven't ridden my CBR600F ABS since I picked up my new panda 16 days ago![]()
For £1,800 I could have a VTR for the dry and a TDM for the wet/snow/mud but I got this...

Call me a bit thick but how would people using rear fogs help you as a cyclist? Would have thought the chances of you rear ending someone at speed were pretty slim.
The fog has set in here today over the fell as per in Autumn/Winter and did see a fair few people running round on sides only while I was running headlamps and front fogs. I only tend to run the rear one if I'm running on my own or can't clearly see the car behind as there's nowt worse than running in nose to tail traffic on a foggy day having your retinas scorched by the lights of the car in front.
On September 3rd 2013 there was a major road traffic collision near Shippey, Kent.
This collision involved one hundred and thirty vehicles.
Over two hundred people were injured but luckily there were no fatalities.
The adverse weather conditions were attributed as the main cause but there were several eye witness reports that stated vehicles were speeding, driving without fog lights and in some cases no lights at all.
Drivers failed to drive to the conditions and this was one the primary cause of one of the biggest pile ups in the UK.
So what has that got to do with me in rural Norfolk?
The Motor Insurance Bureau have estimated that as a result of this single collision the average insurance policy will go up next year by £2.46
For someone earning a little above national minimum wage that's twenty minutes at work!
Thank you drivers of Kent, that's twenty minutes of my life I won't get back so if you've reached the end of the clip that's roughly three and a half minutes of yours. ;-)
My experiment. I thought I'd film a section of the A47 from the Terrington St John bridge. This was a local hot spot for the Police when they used to bother with driving offences. Three minutes or ten vehicles to get a general idea. This was Sunday 22nd September 2013 at approximately 07:10
The price of plasti dip!
Wrightyy
Just opened a cupboard door and a full bottle of white vinegar falls to the slate kitchen floor bounces I attempt to catch it I fail it then smashes upon its second impact on the floor and now the kitchen reeks :banghead:
that's acid, if slate is sealed clean with milk before the acid eats through the sealant.
despite the initial outlay, service and consumable items cost, batteries for my lights, alarm, lock, weather gear, tracker and £80 insurance my bike only owes me 20p per mile.![]()
