Technical What is this rattling noise ??

Does anyone know a hat is this rattling noise coming from passenger door of 2022 tipo cross



Sound needed

It’s been in the dealer twice now, they have seen this video but cannot identify the noise, sounds like it’s coming from the speaker area, does it when speaker /radio is on or off, makes no difference. It’s very intermittent, can do it every 20-30 secs or not do it for days … which is why the dealer is struggling

Sounds very electrical, but I don’t think it is, although I may be wrong … is there a fuse box behind the glove compartment?

Any ideas ??

Have you removed the door card?
presumably it does this without anything in the door storge space as well

Dealer has had the door card off twice, yes door storage is empty and so is glove box, car is only 3000 miles old

Does the speaker sound good at higher volume levels?

Sound level doesn’t really affect the noise and yeah speaker sounds ok at higher volume levels

Im hearing roadnoise..and a creaking sound intermittently

How long have they had the car.. long enough to drive it for hours in various states of disassembly?

Video was taken on motorway at maybe 60mph

Dealer has taken car for a 15 mile road test, no noise, I have also been out with tech for a further road test, again no noise … it’s an intermittent thing so really annoying to identify
